Key Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including websites, emails, social media, blogs, case studies and advertisements, in both LT and EN.
  • Generate attractive offers and promotional content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and R&D teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy implementation.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field.
  • Strong copywriting skills in both Lithuanian (LT) and English (EN).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in SaaS marketing and HR will be a significant advantage.
