Our story

UNLOCK Tests has become the platform of choice for businesses and organizations seeking an all-round solution for organizational and employee assessment. UNLOCK Tests began with a simple mission: to reinvent the way leaders and businesses make recruitment and HR management decisions by adding data layers to an often-intuitive process. 

UNLOCK Tests platform is driven by desire to make cutting-edge knowledge and research widely available and affordable to many. We wanted to make latest employee assessment solutions a day-to-day tool, rather than a luxury item. We firmly believe that employee assessment creates added value when practiced regularly and widely within an organization. This informed our approach to product development, and our business strategy more widely. 

Having worked with ample HR specialists and business leaders, we have sought to minimize our clients’ reliance on external consultants. To achieve this, we relied on digital solutions and industry know-how. This is how UNLOCK Tests self-service employee assessment platform started.
