Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including websites, emails, social media, blogs, case studies and advertisements, in both LT and EN.
- Generate attractive offers and promotional content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and R&D teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy implementation.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field.
- Strong copywriting skills in both Lithuanian (LT) and English (EN).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in SaaS marketing and HR will be a significant advantage.
