89% Employee Participation: How “Linas Agro” Achieved Success with the UNLOCK Employee Experience Employee Engagement Survey

When organizations strive not only to measure employee engagement but also to strengthen it, clear data becomes essential for making informed decisions. That’s why the HR team at “Linas Agro” decided to explore available tools for assessing employee experience. After a thorough review and peer recommendations, they chose the UNLOCK Employee Experience platform.

We had heard many positive reviews and compared several different solutions. UNLOCK Tests stood out as the most convenient – both in terms of structure and ease of use,” says Asta Ralienė, who led the implementation of the survey at the company.

Linas Agro company feedback using Unlock Test Employee Engagement Survey

Why was this tool chosen?

  • Easy access for all employees – even those without a company computer could take part in the survey.
  • No paper-based surveys – essential for a company with geographically dispersed units, aiming to save time and simplify logistics.
  • Flexible structure – the ability to select only relevant question blocks. For example, questions about remote work are excluded if not applicable.

Employee engagement that speaks for itself

“Linas Agro” has now completed the survey twice. The first time, 88% of employees participated; the second – an impressive 89%.

We’re truly happy that people take the time to participate and share feedback. We receive a wide range of comments – from very specific to more personal. It shows people feel their voice matters,” says Asta.

The survey is anonymous and preceded by clear internal communication. Employees are informed of its purpose and value via intranet and internal emails. During the survey period, gentle reminders are sent, but participation remains entirely voluntary – never pressured.

What did the results reveal?

The survey helped clearly identify areas needing attention – most notably collaboration and communication. While these challenges were intuitively felt, seeing them “in black and white” allowed teams to define concrete improvement plans.

Now, teams not only set goals, but also proactively initiate meetings with other departments when collaboration issues arise,” Asta explains.

Interestingly, health insurance emerged as one of the most motivating benefits for employees. Data strongly indicated its perceived value – a factor that shouldn’t be underestimated.

HR appreciates the simplicity

The UNLOCK Tests team responds quickly and solves issues promptly. That’s a huge advantage. We use other systems where it’s nearly impossible to get support – which makes the tool itself feel like more of a burden than a benefit,” Asta shares.

She adds that the second time using the platform was even easier, as she could manage most of the functionality independently. “Linas Agro” plans to continue using the platform, and with upcoming integration of UNLOCK Performance evaluations, the process will become even more streamlined.
