Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at UNLOCK Tests. This is a full-time role based in Vilnius, with the option to work 100% remotely. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, working closely with a dedicated team of developers to build and enhance employee and organizational assessment tools. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure code while taking ownership of architecture and design initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Bilingual or native Lithuanian language proficiency is a must.
- 10+ years of experience developing web platforms using React + Redux, Node.js + Express.js and Java Script.
- Mastery with TypeScript, Docker and Sequelize is a must.
- Experience in customer-led product development.
- AI programming experience is a significant advantage.
- Experience developing and improving employee and organizational assessment tools, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure code.
- Ability to collaborate with a team of developers, using Jira to plan and track tasks.
- Ownership of architectural and design implementation initiatives.
- Experience maintaining and implementing monitoring tools for platform performance, such as Sentry, Datadog, or similar.
- Experience implementing CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar.
- Experience writing tests using at least one testing framework.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or AWS.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
