Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate psychometric assessment tools with assistance of the R&D team.
  • Utilize qualitative research methods to deepen the understanding of data collected.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of strategic decisions on the UNLOCK Tests platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, management, mathematics, economics, or related fields.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Critical and analytical thinking.
  • Understanding and application of statistical analysis methods.
  • Ability to organise and control project workflow, prioritise tasks.
  • Commitment to completing projects thoroughly and accurately.
