Personality Test Provider Accreditation

UNLOCK Personality is a personality test  that combines personality theories by HEXACO, the Big Five, C. G. Jung, M. Belbin, and H. Mintzber. The test has been adapted for use in business by an international team of organisational psychology specialists.

UNLOCK Personality Accreditation provides you with the opportunity to understand different personality types and build stronger, more effective teams. It’s not just theoretical knowledge – it’s a practical tool that helps you better assess employees and candidates.

We invite you to become an accredited UNLOCK Personality test practitioner, enabling you to apply it in organizations with employees, candidates, and/or clients. The accreditation consists of two parts: you can choose to complete only the first part or both. However, the second part is available only after completing the first and conducting at least 10 individual UNLOCK Personality consultations.

Level I – Individual Level

The next Level I accreditation session starts on October 23, 2025.

We invite you to join and become an accredited UNLOCK Personality test expert. In this program, you will gain an in-depth understanding of personality and learn how to provide individual feedback.

Accreditation Process:

Training (October 23)

3.5-hour live session

A detailed exploration of the 6 personality factors and 24 personality traits, including completion of your UNLOCK Personality Test before the session. During the training you will learn:

  • The characteristics, strengths, and potential risks of each personality trait;
  • Personality and motivation – what drives people with different traits, how to approach and communicate with them, and how to assign tasks effectively;
  • A mix of theory, practical exercises, discussions, and self-reflection;
  • Practical application of insights using your own UNLOCK Personality report;
  • Deep understanding of personality differences – their origins, expression, and impact in the workplace.

Training and Practical Report Analysis (November 11)

3.5-hour live session                                                                                                      A deep dive into the 8 team roles:

  • The characteristics, strengths, and potential risks of each team role;
  • Group analysis of sample individual reports – an UNLOCK Tests consultant reviews a real report, explaining how to interpret and present results to clients, and answers participant questions.

Individual Work with an UNLOCK Tests Consultant (December–February, scheduled individually)

Homework: Conduct personality tests for 2 people.

  • Based on the first individual report, the participant provides full feedback to an UNLOCK Tests consultant as if presenting to a client. The consultant then gives detailed feedback on the session (up to 2 hours).
  • Based on the second report, the participant provides detailed feedback to the tested person in the presence of an UNLOCK Tests consultant. Afterward, the consultant and participant review the session and exchange feedback (up to 2 hours).

Final Exam (January–February, scheduled individually) 

  • The participant conducts a personality test for one person and provides feedback.
  • Based on the report, the participant prepares a comprehensive analysis and insights about the tested individual’s personality.
  • During a one-on-one consultation (up to 1 hour), the UNLOCK Tests consultant provides feedback on the analysis and evaluates the participant’s competence in interpreting personality test results.

Upon successful completion, participants receive a UNLOCK Personality Accreditation Certificate.

Using UNLOCK Personality Tests After Accreditation

After certification, participants can::

  • Purchase annual access to the UNLOCK Personality testing platform with unlimited testing (price based on estimated test volume); or
  • Buy individual test credits.

Level II – Group Level

Having completed Level I accreditation and conducted at least 10 individual UNLOCK Personality consultations, you are invited to continue expanding your knowledge with Level II. In this part of the accreditation, you will learn how to provide group feedback to teams.

The UNLOCK Personality platform allows you to generate group reports, which present a team’s profile, highlighting members’ key personality traits and team roles. This enables you to:

  • Assess the team profile, identify its strengths, and recognize any missing traits or roles;
  • Gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your colleagues, as well as the motivations behind their behavior;
  • Learn how to approach and communicate with team members based on their unique characteristics.

Level II accreditation is recommended for professionals working with various teams who want to provide feedback that enhances both individual and team effectiveness.

Accreditation Process:

Group Session

A 4 academic-hour group training session:

  • Learn how to correctly interpret UNLOCK Personality group report results.
  • In this session (live or online), an UNLOCK Tests consultant will teach you how to analyze and interpret group reports and how to present team results to clients.
  • Practical work with real group reports.

Individual Work with an UNLOCK Tests Consultant

Team report feedback simulation

  • The UNLOCK Tests consultant will select a group report for the participant.
  • Based on this report, the participant will provide detailed group feedback on the team.
  • The consultant will then provide feedback on the session (up to 3 hours).

Final Exam

  • The participant will conduct a team assessment for a group of 3 to 10 employees.
  • The participant will deliver a real group consultation to the team, with an UNLOCK Tests consultant present to evaluate the feedback provided (up to 3 hours).
  • The consultant will assess the participant’s acquired competencies and provide individual feedback (up to 1 hour).
  • Upon successful completion, the Level II Accreditation Certificate will be awarded, allowing the participant to independently provide team feedback.
