UNLOCK Personality

1. What does the UNLOCK Personality test assess?

Personality test assesses an employee’s personality traits, personality type, and preferred team roles.

2. Is the personality test scientifically validated?

Yes. UNLOCK Personality combines personality theories by HEXACO, the Big Five, C. G. Jung, M. Belbin, and H. Mintzber. The test has been adapted for use in business by an international team of organisational psychology specialists.

3. How can personality insights support team collaboration and development?

UNLOCK Performance

1. What is the UNLOCK Performance tool used for?

UNLOCK Performance is a performance appraisal tool that helps HR teams structure and assess employee, team, and organisational performance. It aligns results with company competencies, values, and development needs, supporting both yearly and mid-term evaluations.

2. Can we customize performance review forms?

Yes. The tool allows you to create and adjust performance review forms to match your organization’s needs. These can include goal setting and evaluation, competency and values assessment, open-ended questions, overall performance rating, talent management matrix, development plan, career planning, and personality profile analysis.

3. What is the difference between UNLOCK Performance and traditional review tools?

UNLOCK Performance goes beyond scoring. It includes development goal tracking, a Talent Management Matrix, and real-time insights. The platform combines structure with flexibility, making performance reviews meaningful and actionable.

4. Can we create as many performance review forms as we need, adapting them to different formats?

Yes. The tool allows you to create an unlimited number of performance review forms and adapt them to different formats – annual, mid-year, 1:1 meetings, or other review types. Each form can be customized to your organization’s needs, including goal setting, competency assessment, values evaluation, talent management matrix, development and career planning, and personality profile analysis.

5. Can I track development goals and progress over time?

Absolutely. The system supports
development goal setting, and long-term
growth tracking, supported by user-friendly
interfaces.

6. What kind of performance reports are available to HR, managers, and participants?

HR has access to real-time completion statistics – including goal setting, goal achievement, and evaluations of other form sections – at the team, organization, or group level. They can also view historical data and download overviews in XLSX format. Managers and participants receive their own separate reports in PDF format or available online.

UNLOCK Employee Experience

1. What is the UNLOCK Employee Experience tool used for?

UNLOCK Employee Experience helps organizations evaluate employee engagement, job satisfaction, employee empowerment. The tool provides deep insights across various areas such as compensation, communication, direct manager, eNPS, and hybrid/remote work.

2. What kinds of surveys can we run?

You can run surveys on job satisfaction (e.g. meaningful work, pay and reward, work-life balance), microclimate, eNPS, remote/hybrid work experience, and empowerment. You can also create custom surveys tailored to your organization’s goals.

3. How often should we measure employee experience?

We recommend running employee experience surveys at least twice a year. The platform supports regular check-ins or pulse surveys and adapts to your internal rhythm.

4. Can we tailor surveys to different teams or roles?

Yes. You can segment and filter results by unit, seniority, location, or job type. This helps you understand nuances across departments or offices.

5. What happens after the survey – do you help with follow-up?

Yes. UNLOCK provides automated recommendations. We can also offer consultancy and the implementation of the whole process.

1. What is a 360-degree feedback evaluation?

360 degree feedback survey assesses an employee’s personality traits, managerial competencies, and other characteristics from the perspectives of their managers, colleagues, and subordinates, as well as their own.

2. Who can participate in the 360 feedback review process?

Participants can include the target employee, their manager, colleagues, and direct reports.

3. What is assessed and can we add our own content?

UNLOCK Panoramic 360 assesses the main managerial competencies and their sub- competencies: 

  • Leader’s Personal Qualities: personal leadership 
  • Interpersonal Effectiveness: human resource management, teamwork, communication
  • Organisational Leadership: organisational leadership

You can expand the content by adding your own questions or remove competencies that are not relevant to your organization.

4. Can 360-degree evaluation data be used for development plans or coaching?

It’s an abstract reasoning test. UNLOCK AbstractIQ test assesses the ability to flexibly solve new problems, apply logical principles, and interpret unfamiliar information efficiently, regardless of prior experience or acquired knowledge.

3. What is UNLOCK NumerIQ and what does it measure?

It’s a logical and mathematical abilities test UNLOCK NumerIQ test assesses employee’s logical reasoning, ability to understand, interpret, and evaluate numerical and graphical information.

4. What is UNLOCK ErrorCheckingIQ and what does it measure?

This test evaluates attention to detail and accuracy. It measures how well a person can detect errors in numbers, letters, and formats – ideal for roles requiring speed and precision like accounting, editing, or quality control.

6. How are results scored and presented?
