WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re now looking for a full-time, fully remote Administrative Officer-Customer Success Manager (Lithuanian-speaking) based in Vilnius – where you will primarily work as an Administrative Officer, while also contributing to Customer Success activities when additional support is needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Most of your time will be dedicated to keeping our operations smooth, accurate, and well-organized:
- Contracts & documents administration. Prepare, update, and register client contracts as well as other company documents.
- Client account & data administration. Create, update, and close client accounts on the UNLOCK Tests platform. Import employees’ data into the system and keep it accurate and up to date.
- User guides & documentation upkeep. Update user guides and create clear, simple “how-to” resources, including AI-assisted videos or other instructional materials.
- Invoicing & financial administration. Issue invoices to clients. Collect incoming and outgoing invoices, check their accuracy, and submit them on time to accounting to ensure smooth financial operations.
- When needed: step in as Customer Success Manager. Be the go-to contact for clients – answering questions via email and phone, resolving issues, and making sure they feel supported.

- Fast learner – new processes, systems, and topics don’t intimidate you; you pick them up quickly.
Major Advantage:
- Legal education or background is considered a significant plus for this role.

Salary: €1300-1850 gross, depending on experience and skill set.
