Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner with at least three year of experience, willing and able to work remotely in a small team to develop a successful, fast-growing B2B SaaS UNLOCK Tests platform. We guarantee fast-learning opportunities and versatile experience in creating new web application functionalities, optimizing existing ones, improving UI/UX, visualizing data etc.

Key responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise and full ownership in articulating and strategizing platform product development using Jira and Confluence, ensuring seamless product launch, growth, maintenance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Engage in technical discussions with the IT team regarding development approaches and requirements.
  • Your primary responsibilities include product development based on continuous market research and working closely with the IT team to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Define team goals, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with UNLOCK Tests’ vision.
  • Drive product impact through data analysis, market research, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure successful product execution.
  • Lead AI-driven product initiatives, ensuring AI-powered solutions enhance our HR SaaS platform.
  • Continuously conduct market research to inform new feature development and ensure business requirements are met.

About you

  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development (experience in HR SaaS and AI-powered solutions is a significant advantage).
  • 1+ year of experience managing teams.
  • Strong analytical and technical acumen combined with solid business sense for ROI-based prioritization.
  • Experience in formulating and executing a focused product vision, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with leadership, customers, and partners.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching AI-powered products from inception.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment while delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes through continuous research.
  • A data-driven and user-centric approach to product development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail, a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication skills: proactive in initiating conversations, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to product strategy discussions.
  • Expertise in defining and prioritizing product features, managing backlogs, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Proven ability to make strategic decisions, assess business impact, manage risks, and identify opportunities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a flat hierarchy with direct communication channels.
